Opportunity: New European Business Development Executive

Location: Flexible Location Remote Role, with ease of access to mainland Europe for visits to customer sites (estimate: 25% of time)

Due to continued growth and expansion, a vacancy has arisen at Induchem Ireland for the position of New Business Development Executive, with responsibility of developing the wider European market for some of our core offerings.  

   

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Undertake research in chosen markets to identify target customers and devise and lead a strategy with the support of senior management to target same
  • Systematically follow up on all inbound leads
  • Generate new business by managing the sales process from prospecting, initial contact, tendering, technical support and follow-up meeting with clients as required
  • Build on existing business with key clients within Europe, through regular visits to customer sites, gaining an understanding of their needs and providing excellent customer service to the client
  • Provide comprehensive feedback on wins, losses and client feedback, to support the ongoing refinement of our sales strategy
  • Meet company sales KPIs and other KPIs as agreed
  • Participate in continuous personal and product training as required
  • Work closely with internal and external sales teams

Required Experience:

 

  • Demonstratable B2B sales or marketing experience
  • Preferably, in selling process equipment to the pharma and biopharma industries
  • Experience in dealing with OEM: engineering houses, contractors and end user clients

 

Core Benefits:

Per annum: Competitive salary, 23 days holidays (excluding bank holidays)
