Due to continued growth and expansion, a vacancy has arisen at Induchem Ireland for the position of Projects Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the project team on submitting pricing for valves, instruments and other process equipment
  • Process project orders on ERP system and generate purchase orders to suppliers
  • Co-ordinate project order trackers and liaise with both suppliers and customers to ensure projects schedules are achieved
  • Proactively handling of a high volume of queries from suppliers and customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
  • Other general admin to support the sales and project function

Required Experience:

 

  • Minimum 4 years previous sales and administrative experience in a similar customer focused environment
  • The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, flexibility and an ability to work in a busy, collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Will be a team player while also welcoming the challenge to work on his/ her own initiative
  • Good attention to detail

 

Core Benefits:

Per annum: Competitive salary, 23 days holidays (excluding bank holidays); flexibility around core hours and hybrid working hours.
